Registering for a Workshop

THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS

Many of our offerings a third party handles registration and collection of funds and you will be directed to those sites, this includes courses and workshops at the Smithsonian, Glen Echo and Anything in Stained Glass.

PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO MAVERICK MOSAICS

For workshops at the Vienna Art Center and our Hacienda Mosaico annual trip, funds are collected by Maverick Mosaics. Click through on workshop pages to shopping cart.

SUPPLY & MATERIALS FEES

If there is a separate supply and materials fee noted in the course description you will pay this to the instructor on the first day of class. Cash or check please.

COVID-19 IMPACT

Our first priority is the safety of our students. We will follow the recommendations of the CDC & World Health Organization regarding in person workshops. We are hosting ZOOM on-line learning in addition to our YouTube Channel. Drop us a note for details. If you are cancelling a workshop for which you already paid we will issue a refund less our non-refundable credit card fees. We sincerely appreciate your interest in mosaics and your continued support.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

No refunds less than 7 days in advance. 100%, studio credit 30+ days notice, less a $50 admin fee. See workshop cancellation policy tab above for specifics. If sign ups and payments via a third party you are subject to their cancellation policy.

CLASS ENROLLMENT

Course registration is on a first come first served basis. Payment confirms your enrollment. Classes are often wait listed so register early! Most classes have maximum and minimum enrollment. If course is cancelled because it did not meet minimum enrollment you will receive a full refund.
