Your signup for a workshop is your acceptance of the below cancellation and studio policies.

Registering for a Workshop

THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS

Many of our offerings a third party handles registration and collection of funds and you will be directed to those sites, this includes courses and workshops at the Smithsonian, Glen Echo and Anything in Stained Glass.

Cancels & Refunds

Notification of withdrawal must be sent in writing (email ok). All refunds are less a $50 processing fee. If signups and payment via a third party, you are subject to their cancellation policy. See below for Maverick cancel details.

Class enrollment

Course registration is on a first come first served basis. Payment confirms your enrollment. Classes are often wait listed so register early! If course is cancelled because it did not meet minimum enrollment you will receive a full refund.

Workshop Cancellation & Studio Policies

For payments made directly to Maverick Mosaics

  • 100% Cash Refund – 30 or more days before the start date of the course less a $50 processing fee
  • 100% Maverick Mosaics Credit – between 30 and 7 days notice before the start date of the course, less a $50 processing fee.
  • Credits must be used within six months of the date of cancellation.
  • Credits can not be used for workshops that sign-up is handled by a third party (Glen Echo Park, Smithsonian, Anything in Stained Glass)
  • No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made 7 days or less before the start date. No exceptions.

Our international trips, and travel in partnership with Dream Travel, are subject to their own cancellation policy. Visit workshop description for details.

Supply Fees

Unless otherwise noted supply costs are quoted along-side the class tuition fee. Supply fees are payable to the instructor at the first class.

Photography

Often work in progress photos and images of complete student works are helpful to share with future students. Your sign up for the workshop is your permission to use images of your work, or you, unless you tell us otherwise.
